in Albunuelas
at the head of the Lecrin
Valley
within the rural region of Granada. It is a
newly built town house and is available for weekly,
part week
or long term let.
The house is on two levels with a large lounge / diner, well fitted
kitchen and
toilet / washroom on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms (king
size and twin) and
bathroom with bath / shower on the first
floor and it easily accommodates four adults or a family of two adults
and two children.
The small complex on which Casa Terrazas is
situated consists of 14 similar properties with a
communal garage (each property with a reserved space) and a communal
swimming
pool with seating area.
Albunuelas
is a typical traditional Spanish village near the head of
the well known and beautiful Lecrin Valley
and is 14km from the main
motorway from Granada to the Costa Tropical
coastline.
The countryside views from the complex and the village are stunning and
the area around Albunuelas
is noted for its walks and other rural activities.
A car is advisable but you are then within about 25
minutes of Granada
and about a 50 minute drive to the Spanish coastal holiday resorts
of Salobrena
and Almunecar.
Also within 30 minutes driving time are golf courses at Granada and Motril and
during the winter season, skiing in the Sierra Nevada
is only an hours drive away.
Airports at Granada
(35min by car) and Malaga
(1hr 50min by car)
provide easy access from all areas of the UK and Europe.
